How to lose 10 lbs a week with just exercise

Weight loss happens when you make lifestyle changes that you can live with for the long run. Weight loss is all about making changes (through diet and exercise) and then accurately tracking the results of those changes. And, there is really only one time of the day when a person should weigh themselves when this is their goal.

Eat the soup, lose the weight; its as simple as that. Eat 1 meal a day. A good well balanced meal. Eat small, low-fat, low-calorie meals. Snack healthily and small every couple hours (this speeds up your metabolism) and exercise.

Eat healthy meals, drink water, work out or walk daily. It is that simple. Eat only natural, unprocessed foods for a couple of weeks, then switch to a carb rotation diet. That means even cutting breads, pastas, and other wheat/grain products! Eating grapefruit as part of your breakfast diet is another essential way to burn away tissue. Grapefruit juice is a very good source for losing weight.

Eat no sugar, processed carbohydrates, fried foods, or starches (like potatoes and rice). Your body will quickly use up its stored glycogen (sugar) and tap into stored calories (body fat) for energy.

Eating first thing in the morning will shake your body awake, and out of overnight fasting (hence the word break-fast ). Now that your metabolism is awake, it is ready to burn those calories. Eat only natural foods that contain no man-made ingredients. Avoid refined sugars, grains (anything with flour), and ?white? starchy carbs like white potatoes and white rice.

Perform 10 to 12 reps of each exercise. You can find tons of exercises at musclemaking101.blogspot.com. Perhaps take a nutrition course to find out what foods are better for you and what portions you should be eating. Perform this routine 2x a week on non-consecutive days.

Perhaps you park close to the building. As a substitute, you can park further away to give yourself a mini-workout before you reach the office.
